9^th KIGALI INTERNATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SHOW TRANSFORMING AGRICULTURE FOR SHARED PROSPERITY AND IMPROVED LIVELIHOODS 29TH MAY – 5^TH JUNE 2014

I am writing to invite you to participate in the 9^th KIGALI INTERNATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SHOW scheduled to take place from the 29^th May – 5thJune 2014.

FADECO COMMUNITY RADIO in Karagwe is stronger promoter of economic development and has received an official invitation from the Minister of Agriculture and Animal Resources of Rwanda, to participate in their agriculture show on the dates indicated.

Details of the agricultural show are available at Rwandan Ministry of Agriculture website www.amis.minagri.gov.rw/news or www.minagri.gov.rw. FADECO RADIO in Karagwe is therefore extending this invitation to you as well with the following objectives:

To provide an opportunity to Tanzanian farmers, Processors and investors t learn from the experiences of Rwanda and therefore, be able to contribute positively to the actualisation of the Big Results Now in Agriculture and the overall poverty alleviation strategy (MUKUKUTA).

What is required for you to participate?

You need to register your participation by sending SMS to 0754 605682. You need to state your desire to participate and your expectations
You need to finance your trip to and from Kigali. The following is the estimated minimum budget:

Road transport: TShs 50,000/- Accommodation per night in budget hotels in Kigali TShs 37,500/- (equiv RWF 15,000) and meals TShs 8,000/- (equivalent RWF 2000 per plate. This gives you a basis for your calculation.

You would need to have a travel document (a book passport or the minimum of the Emergency Travel Document ETD).

FADECO RADIO would be happy to facilitate all participants to this important study trip.
